DAVID MARCUS: Kamala Harris finally visits the border. Was George Orwell her travel agent?

FOX News

Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin gives the latest on Vice President Kamala Harris' southern border visit on'Special Report.' It was George Orwell, in his seminal book "1984," which turned out to be about 40 years off, who wrote that eventually the state would make us believe that 2 2 5. Vice President Kamala Harris' incomprehensibly shameless photo op on the southern border might have dialed it up to a 6. There she was, our vice president, in front of the wall, and the barbed wire, ready to get serious about the problem she and "kind of" President Joe Biden created in the first place. I recalled a film in which Cheech and Chong said it was time to get serious about the band. This is like Oedipus saying, "Who did all this?"

Border Patrol agents fume as DHS prepares to punish officers caught up in 'whip' controversy: 'Bull----'

FOX News

Fox News contributor Sean Duffy slams the Biden administration for not supporting individuals who uphold the rule of law, including border patrol. EXCLUSIVE: Border Patrol agents are furious after it has emerged that the Department of Homeland Security is expected to punish multiple agents who were caught up in since-debunked allegations that they whipped Haitian migrants in Del Rio last year – exacerbating already rock-bottom morale among agents who see a politicized investigation designed to deliver a result for the White House. "What we're seeing right now is the executive branch weaponizing the Office of Professional Responsibility to go after what President Biden perceives as political opponents," National Border Patrol Council President Brandon Judd told Fox News Digital. He has never liked the mission of the Border Patrol. And now he is going after these agents because he panders to open border activists.

David Marcus: Biden admin doublespeak – your handy guide to White House euphemisms

FOX News

Rep. Michael Cloud slammed the Biden administration over the border crisis, saying it is more focused on public relations than solving the issue. Things are getting confusing in the nation's capital these days. Words that we thought we knew the meaning of are regularly twisted by the Biden administration to mean surprising things. George Orwell referred to this kind of language as doublespeak in his seminal novel "1984." That book is a warning, but Joe Biden and his minions treat it more like Ikea instructions for what is starting to resemble a particle board dictatorship. So, for those keeping track, here is a brief glossary of terms minted by our dear leader.

Karol Markowicz: Biden's at the beach as crises mount and our cheerleader media shrugs

FOX News

'Outnumbered' panel discusses the multiple crises including the Afghanistan drone strike and border surge that could define Biden's presidency After yet another weekend out of sight, Americans should be wondering if our president even wants the job. Joe Biden's campaign was famous for calling early "lids," that is sending his traveling press home for the day before the day was even half over. Campaigns are normally furiously busy events known for crushing schedules and exhausting programming. His was a mellow affair, mostly done on a video feed from his home. The official excuse was COVID-19 and while it certainly made sense that a then-77 year old man might be concerned about catching the virus and would therefore limit his in-person exposure, it didn't make sense that even his remote events were extremely limited and rare.

The Biden administration is a sad, tragic mess and an utter embarrassment on the world stage!,"
